Pleats...

If you asked me a couple of years ago what was my opinion on pleated skirts, it wouldn't have been the most favorable one - pleated skirts were something I could imagine my mother and aunts wearing, something I would describe as "grown-up clothes". Well, maybe the time has come and I have finally accepted that I too am a grown-up, or maybe I have refined my taste, or maybe I just woke up one day loving pleated skirts - the truth is, I really do love them now :) A knee-lenght nude pleated skirt in a silky fabric is definitely on my wish-list ;)

I wore this dress for a very good friend's Bday drinks rendez-vous at Sketch - I wish we had taken some pictures of the place, Sketch is definitely a must-see when one visits London, it is just a cool place, with an amazing restaurant, and three bars with a gorgeous cocktail list and very tasty nibblings...and let's not forget the egg-shaped individual bathrooms where you can listen to birds, sheep, and more whilst doing your thing :)

Also, please apologise for the photos - we took them when we got home and chose a very poor background, our kitchen :P
